We are seeking a Licensed Administrative Assistant who is organized, proactive, client focused, and committed to excellence. This is an opportunity to become a valued member of a collaborative team where your contributions matter and your professional growth is encouraged.

What You'll Do Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional and responsive communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Support the delivery of an exceptional client experience at every interaction Foster trust and confidence through proactive service and attention to detail Administrative Support
Assist with account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks related to client onboarding and ongoing account management
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant client records using Salesforce and other firm systems
Process unsolicited trade instructions from inbound client requests in accordance with regulatory requirements
Assist with documentation, forms, and workflow management to support practice operations
Handle confidential client information with professionalism, discretion, and accuracy Client Communication
Answer incoming client phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Respond promptly to client questions, concerns, and requests for information
Coordinate and schedule client meetings and Prepare meeting documentation and follow-up correspondence
Recap meeting notes and distribute client communications as required

What You Bring

Valid Mutual Fund Licensing and/or current CIRO licensing preferred
Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
Salesforce experience is considered an asset
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude
Genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
Professional presentation consistent with a client-facing wealth management environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Pay: $48,750.00-$68,000.00 per year
