Full job description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions, and customized treatment plans for a varied clientele. You will work closely with clients to help them overcome their mental health challenges, establish objectives, and devise effective coping strategies. This position requires a robust understanding of different therapeutic methodologies and a dedication to fostering positive mental health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and other applicable approaches.
Maintain precise and confidential client records, adhering to both professional standards and legal stipulations.
Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals such as psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors to provide comprehensive care.
Perform thorough psychological evaluations to diagnose and comprehend the mental health needs of clients.
Engage in continuous professional development to remain abreast of the latest practices in psychology.

Qualifications and Requirements

Holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
Licensed and in good standing with the relevant professional board.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in managing a diverse range of client issues.
