Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse litigation practice, including civil litigation and family law matters
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, pleadings, applications, and correspondence
Draft court documents, agreements, and other legal materials
Attend examinations, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Manage multiple files while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of call experience preferred
Litigation experience required, with a focus on civil litigation and/or family law
Law degree from an accredited Canadian law school or equivalent qualification
Member in good standing with a Canadian provincial law society
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
