Full job description

Join a reputable, established brokerage in Vancouver known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and employee growth. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to become a vital part of the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a professional environment dedicated to providing exceptional travel insurance solutions while developing your career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls and emails from clients regarding travel insurance policies.
Issue, modify, and cancel travel policies through supplier portals and internal systems.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Process refunds and cancellations efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and stay updated with supplier policy documents.
Follow up with clients for ongoing support and service excellence.

Qualifications:

LLQP or Level 2 general insurance license with experience in travel insurance, or an A&S license.
At least 12 months of experience in travel insurance customer support.
Strong communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
Ability to navigate supplier portals and internal CRM systems.
Willingness to obtain or upgrade to appropriate licensing if not already licensed.
