Sushi Jet is a must-try restaurant in Halifax, Bedford, and Dartmouth, with over two hundred choices on an all-you-can-eat menu and authentic east Asian meals available for dine-in customers. Our signature restaurant is where you may enjoy a wonderful time with your loved ones in addition to a delicious explosion in the mouth.

And we are HIRING NOW for Sushi Jet Halifax and Sushi Jet Dartmouth

Sushi Chef

Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls
Ensure food quality and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
Manage inventory and prep ingredients

Requirements:

Previous experience as a sushi chef preferred
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Sushi / Kitchen Line Cook

Responsibilities:

Assist sushi chefs with preparation
Learn to make sushi and kitchen skills
Maintain cleanliness of work area

Requirements:

Willing to learn and hardworking
Positive attitude and team player
No experience required (training provided)

Kitchen Helper (No Experience Needed)

Responsibilities:

Assist with food prep (cutting, washing, portioning)
Support kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
