Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the powersports / marine industry and thrives in a high-energy, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process—from initial inquiry to final delivery—while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Assess customer needs and recommend the right unit (motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all brands we carry.
Complete trade-in procedures by filling out evaluation forms, coordinating with service, and confirming trade values with the Sales Manager.
Work with Parts & Accessories staff to integrate any add-ons into quotes and ensure coordination for customer orders.
Perform turn-over to the Sales Manager / F&I Manager to complete paperwork and financing.
Follow up with leads and sold customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or vehicle sales experience is preferred.
A passion for motorcycles, ATVs, marine and outdoor adventure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
Reliable, punctual, and organized.
