Edwards Veterinary Services is a small private and locally owner business in Tillsonburg, ON N4G 3S8. We are deeply rooted in the community and serving the TIllsonburg and surrounding area from last 35 years. We are professional, agile, and understanding.

```Duties of customer care representative :```

-This is a full time permanent position
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the clinic
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment is a plus

We are welcoming a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while assisting with administrative tasks at the front desk. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the veterinary clinic.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting. They should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing high-quality care to animals.
