Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and finishing industrial products, ensuring high-quality standards are met. As an Industrial Painter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the durability and appearance of our products.

Duties /Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:

Prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, old paint, and other contaminants through sandblasting, cleaning, and sanding.

Coating Application:

Apply various types of industrial coatings, including paints, primers, and sealants, using techniques like spraying, brushing, or rolling.

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain sandblasting equipment and other painting tools, ensuring they are in good working order and properly cleaned.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to sandblasting, painting, and working at heights.

Quality Control:

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

Problem Solving:

Identify and address issues related to paint, sandblasting, or surface preparation.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with other team members

Communication:

Communicate effectively with supervisors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.

Qualifications

Experience:

Demonstrated experience in industrial painting and sandblasting is highly desired.
