Job Overview

Prescare Nursing and Healthcare Staffing Inc. is a growing home services company committed to helping seniors and families live safely and comfortably at home. We provide high-quality home care and cleaning services and are building a values-driven team that cares deeply about people, accountability, and results.

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Business Development professional to help us grow our presence in New Brunswick. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking action, and seeing the direct impact of their work on families and communities.

This is a sales-focused role: generating leads, booking client assessments, and converting prospects into paying clients for our integrated home support offerings (home care + cleaning). It requires high daily activity, disciplined follow-up, and consistent execution of proven sales processes. Your primary focus is prospecting, relationship-building, and closing.

The ideal candidate is action-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with consistent outbound sales activity in a healthcare and home services environment.

90-day target: Build a qualified pipeline of 15+ active prospects, establish working referral relationships with at least 5 community partners (discharge planners, social workers, senior-living operators, property managers), and convert your first 3–5 recurring clients.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate new home care and cleaning opportunities through outreach, referral development, and community engagement
Build referral relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, retirement communities, property managers, and other community partners
Run discovery calls, book assessments and cleaning estimates, and convert qualified leads into recurring clients
Track every lead, follow-up, and referral source in GoHighLevel
Own your pipeline: follow through until a decision is reached, and ask for the business

Who We’re Looking For

Required:

1–2 years of sales or business development experience, with demonstrated success hitting revenue or activity targets
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
Confidence with cold outreach, referral development, and closing
Comfort with CRM systems
Valid driver's licence, reliable transportation, and legal entitlement to work in Canada

Strong assets:

Experience in service-based industries (healthcare, home care, home services, cleaning, senior living, or similar consultative service sales)
Experience developing referral networks
Understanding of senior care needs and family decision-making, and comfort presenting to seniors, families, and community partners
GoHighLevel experience
Bilingual (English/French)

Base pay: $22–$25/hr, based on experience
Plus: Uncapped commission
