For entry level positions, the successful candidate should demonstrate:

Strong technical knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with standard bookkeeping software such as Sage and QuickBooks.
Ability and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to detect and solve problems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. French would be an asset.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Dedication and strong work ethic.

For entry level positions, your responsibilities would include:

Preparation of year-end files
Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns
Bookkeeping
CRA correspondence and filings
Communication with clients and CRA both oral and written.

Experience:

Accounting or business diploma or degree or proven commensurate experience.
Previous experience in a professional services firm would be an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
