Full job description

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. The position will require availability on Thursdays through Sundays.

Schedule:

August 22 & 23 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

August 29 & 30 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, and provide information about our services, products, and facilities as needed.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Check-in and check-out customers, process payments, and manage reservations and appointments.
Monitor the front desk area and ensure it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Follow company policies and procedures, and comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a front desk or receptionist role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Flexible availability to work on Thursdays through Sundays.
Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being an asset.
