Job Summary

Nous recherchons un(e) réceptionniste à la réception très organisé(e) et avenant(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe (temps partiel / sur appel). Ce poste est essentiel afin d’offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et un soutien de qualité à nos clients et visiteurs. La personne idéale possède d’excellentes compétences en communication, est à l’aise avec les tâches de gestion administrative et démontre une attitude chaleureuse qui reflète notre engagement envers un service hors pair.

Responsabilités

Accueillir et recevoir les visiteurs de manière professionnelle.
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux demandes avec une excellente étiquette téléphonique.
Gérer efficacement les horaires et les prises de rendez-vous.
Maintenir des systèmes de classement organisés pour les documents et dossiers.
Utiliser la suite Google pour diverses tâches administratives, incluant la création de documents et la gestion de données.
Offrir un soutien à la clientèle en répondant aux besoins des clients et en résolvant les situations rapidement.
Effectuer des tâches cléricales telles que la saisie de données, la dactylographie et la gestion des fournitures de bureau.
Veiller à ce que l’aire de réception soit propre, ordonnée et présentable en tout temps.
Être en mesure de travailler selon un horaire flexible, incluant les fins de semaine et les jours fériés, et de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Exigences et expérience

Une expérience préalable en service à la clientèle ou comme réceptionniste est un atout.
Maîtrise de la suite Google (Docs, Sheets, etc.) requise.
Excellentes compétences en dactylographie et souci du détail.
Solides aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
Attitude amicale et excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles pour interagir positivement avec les clients et les membres de l’équipe.

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team( part time/on call). This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in office management tasks, and have a friendly demeanor that reflects our commitment to outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and data management.
Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Ability to work a flexible schedule , holidays and weekends, to manage several task at once

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail are essential.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
