Description du poste

Effectuer l'entretien périodique du bâtiment (ordures, recyclage, nettoyage des planchers, etc.)
Maintenir l'entrepôt propre, organisé et sécuritaire.
Soutenir le département technique, notamment pour la recharge périodique des batteries.
Nettoyer et effectuer les retouches esthétiques des chariots élévateurs.
Préparer et expédier les unités de façon sécuritaire.
Décharger les conteneurs.
Participer à la gestion des inventaires.
Effectuer diverses tâches reliées aux opérations de l'entrepôt selon les besoins.
Agir comme personne-ressource de relève pour la Gestionnaire logistique lors de ses vacances ou absences, notamment pour certaines tâches administratives et de coordination.
Utiliser la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) ainsi que Salesforce pour assurer le suivi de certaines opérations logistiques.

Qualifications et exigences

Diplôme d'études secondaires.
Capacité physique de soulever jusqu'à 50 lb.
Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.
Aisance avec les outils informatiques; une expérience avec Salesforce constitue un atout important.
Esprit d'analyse, sens de l'organisation, autonomie, travail d'équipe et bonne gestion des priorités.

Job Description

Perform periodic building maintenance (garbage, recycling, floor cleaning, etc.).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Support the Technical Department, including periodic battery charging.
Clean and perform cosmetic touch-ups on forklift trucks.
Prepare and safely ship units.
Unload shipping containers.
Assist with inventory management.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as required.
Serve as the backup to the Logistics Manager during vacations or other absences by assisting with administrative and logistics coordination tasks.
Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Salesforce to support logistics operations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Comfortable using computers; experience with Salesforce is considered a strong asset.
Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to manage priorities.
