Résumé:

Le spécialiste des comptes clients sera chargé de veiller à ce que la facturation soit correcte et ponctuelle, à ce que les demandes d'encaissement soient exactes et à ce que le suivi des paiements et des retards de paiement soit assuré.

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES:

Assurer les activités de facturation, d'encaissement, de recouvrement et de reporting conformément aux politiques et aux délais du groupe.
Tenir à jour la facturation quotidienne via le système ERP. Émettre des factures manuelles si nécessaire.
Assurer l'exactitude des demandes d'encaissement pour les entités assignées
Rechercher et résoudre tout écart entre la facturation et les liquidités reçues, émettre des notes de crédit si nécessaire.
Analyse des rapports d'ancienneté, suivi des comptes en souffrance et résolution des écarts de paiement.
Travailler avec les clients et les équipes de vente/logistique pour résoudre les réclamations/problèmes en suspens.
Tenir à jour toutes les pièces justificatives.
Répondre aux questions/demandes des clients.
Aide à la clôture du mois
Participer au processus de fin d'année et d'audit
Assurer la conformité du contrôle interne dans tous les domaines assignés
Soutenir des projets spéciaux et effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par la direction.

EXIGENCES DU POSTE:

Bonne connaissance du processus des comptes débiteurs et des principes comptables généraux.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et de Outlook
Expérience des applications ERP
Capacité à apprendre plusieurs nouveaux systèmes en peu de temps
Grande précision et souci du détail
Bonne gestion du temps, capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
Curiosité et affinité pour la résolution de problèmes
Diplôme en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe
Engagement à offrir un excellent service à la clientèle
Capacité à respecter les délais
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe

Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible to ensure accurate and on time billing, accurate cash applications and monitoring of payments/overdues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring billing, cash applications, collections and reporting activities according to Group policies and deadlines
Keep up to date daily invoicing through the ERP system. Issue manual invoices when required.
Ensure accurate cash applications for assigned entities
Research and resolve any discrepancies between billing and cash received, issue credit notes when required
Analysis of aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts and resolution of payment discrepancies
Work with customers and Sales/Logistic teams to resolve outstanding claims/issues
Keep all supporting documentation up to date
Respond to client’s queries/requests
Assistance in month-end closing
Participate in year end and audit process
Ensuring internal control compliance within all assigned areas
Support of special projects and perform other duties assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Good knowledge of the accounts receivable process and general accounting principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience with ERP applications
Ability to learn multiple new systems in a short time
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Good time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Curiosity and affinity for solving problems
Degree in Accounting or related field
2 years minimum in accounts receivable
Commitment to excellent customer service and support
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Natural skills and interest in computer systems
