Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food Service Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing food safety standards, and ensuring efficient service delivery to create a welcoming and high-quality dining experience.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the establishment
Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS or similar systems
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
Lead by example in hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism to foster a positive work environmentSkills
Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Ability to handle cash accurately and manage financial transactions
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and restaurant workflows
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Experience in hotel or barista environments is a plus but not required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food quality and safety standardsThis position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a vibrant team within the food industry. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
