About Us

Big Venture Sales is a growing company specializing in distributing CraveStevia and Aromatic Creation products across Canada. We work with major retailers and distributors, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused solutions. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator with knowledge of CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) regulations and quality assurance** to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in ensuring compliance with CFIA regulations, including labeling, ingredient approvals, and documentation.

- Support quality assurance initiatives, including product tracking, reporting, and compliance verification.

- Maintain and update regulatory documentation, supplier certifications, and compliance records.

- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, and document management.

- Provide support for customer inquiries related to quality and compliance.

- Assist with audits, product recalls, and traceability reporting as needed.

- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in administration, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance (preferably in the food industry).

- Knowledge of CFIA regulations and quality control processes.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Google Workplace and administrative software.

- Experience working with food safety programs (HACCP, SQF, etc.) is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
