Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing guests with a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining pristine environments. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Duties

Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
Change linens, make beds, and replace towels to ensure guest comfort
Wash linens from previous guests.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials as needed
Remove trash and ensure proper disposal of waste
Conduct detailed inspections to identify any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly
Follow specific cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition for optimal use
Adhere to check-in/check-out schedules to prepare properties efficiently for incoming guests

Requirements

Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple properties efficiently
Reliable transportation is preferred for timely access to various locations
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
Ability to follow health guidelines and safety procedures diligently
