We're looking for individuals to join us at our production kitchen in Vancouver.

The Ideal Candidate:

Is always willing to support teammates and step in wherever help is needed.
Respects Purebread operating standards and procedures.
Values teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
Respects managers and shift leaders and works collaboratively with the team.
Takes their schedule and attendance commitments seriously.
Enjoys learning new skills and adapting to different responsibilities.

Daily Responsibilities:

Maintain consistent product quality while working efficiently during busy periods.
Restock products and keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for work.
Support teammates and assist wherever needed throughout the shift. This is a highly team-oriented position.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Help maintain smooth communication and teamwork between all production stations.

Can adapt quickly, as production levels may change from season to season or even throughout the day.
Understand that every role contributes to keeping the workday running smoothly.
Are willing to support different stations whenever needed.
Work efficiently without compromising consistency or quality.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume bakery is preferred. Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset.
Food Safety certification is preferred but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
