Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 1 Filipino guy Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning tasks across various areas, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning to contribute to a well-maintained workspace.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces to meet health and safety standards
Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other essentials as needed
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are serviced regularly
Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks when required, including light repairs or reporting maintenance issues
Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment

Experience

Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and recognize potential facility issues is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for ensuring high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$26.23 per hour
