ASSISTANT CATERING MANAGER - OPERATIONS

Job Summary

Job duties include but not limited to the following:

Oversee day to day event setups, execution, guest satisfaction, health and safety compliance, team coaching and development, and brand standards.
Reading, understanding and execution of BEO’s (Banquet Event Orders)
Responsible for procuring all necessary items for catering orders such as: Warehouse orders, buffet line equipment, glassware, flatware, plateware and crockery.
Responsible for coordinating with rental companies
Responsible for all catering orders
Perform server functions when needed
Handling client complaints and feedback
Ability to work all event hours
Responsible for all setup, tear down and staffing of the events.
Attend and participate in the weekly operations meeting to review all logistics and pertinent items as it relates to the upcoming week’s catered events
Provide a professional attitude and proper business attire when on-site, ready to meet or service a client at any time

Ensuring all outlets and storage are clean, presentable at all times
Handling client complaints and feedback
Administration duties
Any other duties as assigned by the Catering Manager and/or Director of Premium Services
