Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Play Center Attendant to join our team in KIDZ KINGDOM SOUTHGATE. This role involves supervising children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, and providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong communication skills. As a Play Center Attendant, you will be the face of our facility, creating memorable experiences for families and visitors while maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

* The ideal candidate would have open availability, Be able to work mornings or / and evenings.*

Responsibilities

Supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Engage with children through interactive activities and facilitate their enjoyment of the play area
Assist guests with questions, check-in procedures, and provide information about the center’s offerings
Handle guest interactions with professionalism, including addressing concerns or issues promptly
Manage cash handling for admissions or sales transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the play area, including sanitizing equipment and organizing supplies
Support food service operations if applicable, including serving snacks or beverages in a hospitality setting
Enforce center rules to promote a safe environment for all visitors
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience

Experience

Prior experience working with children is preferred, but not required; training will be provided
Strong public speaking and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and children
Customer service experience is highly desirable to create welcoming guest interactions
Experience with guest services, cash handling, or food service is a plus in supporting center operations
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for creating fun and safe experiences for families

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
