Full-Time Dealership Receptionist – Big West Ford

Big West Ford has an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Dealership Receptionist to join our growing dealership in west Edmonton. We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused individual who is ready to go the extra mile, take on new challenges, and build a long-term career with our team.

As our Dealership Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they enter the dealership or call in. This role requires someone who is professional, presentable, friendly, and confident providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Assisting with inventory management
Supporting sales administration duties
Maintaining the customer service lounge and coffee area
Faxing, photocopying, filing, and completing general administrative tasks
Working closely with sales, service, and administrative teams to support daily operations

Requirements:

3-5 years previous receptionist experience is a must
CDK experience is required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
