Wow Brownies makes small-batch brownies in 40+ rotating flavours, and people can't get enough. We've built a loyal following at Edmonton's farmers markets and we're growing. Now we need someone to grow with us.
The Role
You'll be in the kitchen every Monday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, working alongside our small crew to bake, package, and prep for market and wholesale. This is hands-on, real kitchen work — you'll learn how a small food business actually runs, from first mix to final product.
Nail it in the kitchen and you'll get the chance to run your own farmers market booth — more hours, more responsibility, and a lot of fun!
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepping and baking brownies to our recipes and standards
- Packaging and labeling for markets and wholesale orders
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
- Tasting product and giving real feedback
- Optional: creating behind-the-scenes social content on bake days if that's your thing
Who We're Looking For
- Outgoing and easy to work with — good vibes matter here
- Genuinely passionate about baking and food creativity
- Detail-oriented and clean in the kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and in it for the long haul
- Able to stay on your feet all day and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, willing to learn
- Some kitchen or baking experience is a bonus, but we'll teach the right person
