Our mission is to support children's development through quality care and adherence to licensing standards.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Office Administrator to join Kids3 Daycare in Downtown location. This full-time role is vital in managing administrative tasks, coordinating staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our childcare center located in downtown location. Your contribution will help us maintain our commitment to quality early childhood education.
Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties and record keeping to ensure efficient center operations.
Manage a team of approximately 15-20 staff members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Act as a liaison between the center, staff, and parents to facilitate effective communication.
Create and manage invoices for child care fees.
Order inventories like gloves, ink, classroom supplies.
Book and coordinate bus companies for field trips
Take all phone calls and direct to the right department or Director
Send information and registration packages to parents
Review Waitlists
Give waitlist updates to Director
Complete grant application and compliance paperwork
Support staff with sign-in issues, time tracking, and payroll inquiries.
Review inventory levels and reorder as needed
Oversee cleanliness of individual rooms and the entire center
Get pictures printed for displays, portfolios, family tree in the rooms.
Review daily and weekly reports from educators.
Check children's files for up-to-date like emergency contacts, and permissions
Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Complete daily/weekly checklists for inspections and operations.
Maintain daycare supplies and equipment to support daily activities.
Assess the developmental levels of children and assist in planning age-appropriate activities.
Prepare progress reports and discuss developmental updates with staff and parents.
Provide supervision and guidance during daily routines, field trips, and special events.
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and accreditation standards to deliver high-quality childcare.
Check staff files and update their files with proper documentation like wage increase letter, job letter, upto date contract, tax documents etc.
Proven experience in early childhood education or daycare management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask positively.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
First aid/CPR certification is required.
Criminal record check with vulnerable sector search prior to start date.
Two-year diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education.
Additional skills include maintaining records, managing supplies, preparing budgets, and supervising staff or volunteers.
