Job Title: Dock Worker/Forklift Operator
Location: Edmonton (On-site)
Work Type: Permanent
Salary: $23.00 CAD/hour
Vacancy: Existing vacancy

This Forklift Operator role is ideal for a safety-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, keeping freight moving efficiently, and ensuring shipments are handled accurately and safely. The right person will recognize this role as a natural next step based on their hands-on warehouse and LTL experience.

What You'll Do

Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stage freight within the warehouse and yard.
Handle LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments efficiently while maintaining accuracy and minimizing damage.
Verify freight, labels, and shipment documentation to ensure orders are processed correctly.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including safe equipment operation and material-handling practices.
Maintain an organized and clean work area while supporting overall warehouse operations.
Complete routine forklift inspections and report any equipment or safety concerns promptly.

What You’ll Bring

Valid forklift license/certification — required.
Previous LTL or cross-dock experience — considered an asset
Previous warehouse or material-handling experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented attitude.
