Radon Mitigation Sales Representative – Join a Purpose-Driven Team Saving Lives
Location: Edmonton, AB
Type: Full-Time
Work Environment: Field-based with remote flexibility for admin work
Vehicle Provided
Why This Role Matters
At Great West Radon, we don’t just sell services—we help save lives. Radon gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer, and we’re on a mission to protect as many families as possible. When you sell with us, you’re offering something essential—something every homeowner needs to protect their loved ones.
This isn’t about cold calling or convincing people to buy something they don’t want. This is about helping people take action on a known health risk. It’s high-impact work with a team that has your back every step of the way.
About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and driven sales representative to help us reach more homes and businesses in Edmonton and beyond. This is a field‑based role, where you’ll spend most of your day visiting homes and businesses to provide on‑site assessments and quotes.
During your first few months, this role includes regular, hands‑on training in radon mitigation installation. Even though your long‑term responsibilities focus on quoting and client assessments, you’ll need a strong understanding of how mitigation systems are installed, what drives job complexity, and how different home conditions affect pricing.
This technical foundation ensures you can quote accurately, confidently, and safely, and it sets you up for long‑term success in the field. Training includes shadowing certified mitigators, learning system components, and understanding how installation decisions impact quoting. Most team members complete this phase over the first 8–12 weeks, depending on experience.
You’ll work closely with our operations team to manage leads, provide quotes, and build relationships that last. Our quoting process is fast-paced and hands-on, and we’ll give you the tools you need to succeed.
You’ll be quoting 7–10 potential jobs a day, following up with clients, and helping them take the next step toward protecting their homes from radon exposure.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in hands‑on radon mitigation training during your first few months to build the technical understanding required for accurate quoting
- Conduct 7–10 in‑person home assessments per day using a company vehicle
- Provide accurate quotes based on property layout and mitigation requirements
- Learn and apply hands‑on technical concepts related to radon mitigation (training provided)
- Provide timely follow‑ups to homeowners, builders, and realtors to strengthen relationships and close opportunities
- Guide clients through the radon testing and mitigation process
- Manage a steady flow of inbound leads—no cold calling
- Build lasting relationships with builders, realtors, and commercial clients
- Use our systems and tools to stay organized and efficient
- Participate in occasional in-person team meetings and events
What Makes This Role Special
- You’re selling something that truly makes a difference in people’s lives
- You’ll work with an exceptional, supportive team that’s invested in your success
- You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a remote role—with the backing of a respected company
- You’ll be part of a growing, well-established organization making national impact
- You won’t just hit targets—you’ll help drive a mission forward
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of experience in sales (service-based or consultative preferred)
- You’re comfortable learning hands‑on technical concepts related to home systems (HVAC, plumbing, construction, etc.)
- You’re confident, organized, and goal-oriented
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving
- You have excellent communication and follow-up skills
- You’re passionate about health, safety, and helping others
- You’re comfortable working independently, with a team that always has your back
Compensation and Perks
- Base Salary: $60,000/year

- Tools, systems, and support to help you thrive
- Performance-based growth opportunities
