Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for both private homes and business establishments, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but training will be provided. Fluency in English is required. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a professional setting while delivering exceptional customer service. Must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to drive to and from work.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal preparation as needed for clients
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different cleaning environments and client requests

Experience

Prior experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple appointments
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Experience with laundry processes and basic cooking is advantageous
Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a professional attitude toward client service

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
