Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Crew Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure timely service by managing time effectively during busy periods
Follow all food handling procedures and sanitation protocols to ensure food safety and quality
Support team members as needed in food preparation, serving, and cleaning tasks

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous.

Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and upselling techniques
