Project Manager Assistant

To support operational growth, Rahall Mechanical is recruiting a project management/office assistant.

Reporting to the Project Managers, the Project Manager Assistant will be tasked with helping facilitate the organization and administration of project-related documentation.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Project subtask communication, coordination, documentation, and control.
Preparation and issuance of Inspection Reports, site instructions and clarification as needed
Communication of ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
Informing the Project Manager and other project leadership team members about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
Providing assistance in ensuring project Health & Safety & Environmental Standards are met.

Requirements:

As the successful, candidate you must have:

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Demonstrated skills in written and verbal communication, coordinating resources as well as the ability to analyze data and solve problems
Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt to change
Quickbooks experience is a requirement

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2-4 years related work experience or combination of education & years experiences
Knowledge of main construction office processes; project set up; subcontract management; change orders; RFI`s, RFQs; closeout
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
