Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sign Installer and bring visibility and clarity to our clients’ branding and communication needs! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing various types of signage, ensuring each project is completed safely, accurately, and on time. Your work will directly impact the way businesses communicate their identity to the world, making each installation a vital part of their success story. Duties

Safely transport signage materials and equipment to job sites, adhering to all safety protocols.
Read and interpret installation blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure precise placement.
Install various types of signs including channel letters, banners, lighted displays, and monument signs using hand tools and power equipment.
Use ladders, scaffolding, or lifts to reach high or difficult-to-access areas while maintaining safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm installation details and address any site-specific challenges.
Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper alignment, secure fastening, and overall appearance.
Remove old signage safely when required and prepare sites for new installations or maintenance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sign installation or a related hands-on trade such as carpentry or construction.
Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics with ease.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and operating power tools.
Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL certification is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure precise installations.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
