We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Driver to support our operations through the safe and timely delivery of small equipment. This role primarily involves light-duty trucking, with a focus on local deliveries to customers and occasional transfers between company locations.

THE COMPANY:

Horizon Ag & Turf was established in 2024 as Agland and Martin Deerline merged operations. While the name is different, you can expect the same faces to greet you, quality equipment, timely service solutions and parts reliability when you walk into our dealership locations. We are a family-owned and operated business with over 65 years of experience in the agriculture, property owner, landscaping, construction and golf industries. Grounded by our Roots. THE POSITION:

Safely operate light-duty trucks to deliver small equipment to customers.
Load, secure, and unload equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform timely local deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Complete required delivery documentation accurately (logs, receipts, forms).
Transport equipment between company locations as needed.
Ensure equipment is handled with care to prevent damage.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
Inspect equipment before delivery to confirm it is clean, operational, and meets safety standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Valid Class 5 driver’s license (or equivalent), with a clean driving record.
Experience in light-duty driving or local delivery preferred.
Comfortable handling and transporting small equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of small agricultural equipment is considered an asset.
Previous dealership experience is an asset.
