Full job description

Main Beam Fabrication LTD. is seeking an experienced Commercial Ironworker Foreman to lead a team of 5-10 ironworkers/welders on steel erection projects. You’ll manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, interpret blueprints, and oversee project execution

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor ironworkers, ensuring safety and project quality.
Interpret blueprints and plan steel erection activities.
Conduct safety meetings and enforce policies.
Manage equipment, report issues, and complete daily/weekly reports.
Layout, fit, tack, Structural Steel

Qualifications

2+ years as a Journeyman Ironworker or 1-2 years as a Foreman.
Supervisor Training Certification
Proficiency in steel layout, rigging, bolting, welding, and crane signaling.
Ability to read blueprints and work with heavy equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
