BIDELL GAS COMPRESSION

For over 30 year’s Bidell Gas Compression has been a North American leader in rotating equipment, including gas compression, power generation and pumps.

Our mission is to exceed customer expectations through our superior sales, applications, engineering, fabrication, product support and our dedicated Bidell team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a highly organized part time Branch Administrator to join our Edson, AB team. This role involves managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of our branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, be proficient with various computer applications, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but are not limited to the following):

Performing receptionist duties
Hourly Time entry.
Branch Invoicing of Sales and Service Orders on a daily basis.
Ensure invoices are entered into ADP/Cortex within 1 day of the work order being invoiced
Work with Service Manager to determine when open service work orders can be pulled for invoicing
Work with Branch Manager on outstanding AR and WIP
Coordinator paper flow within the branch
Ensure AP is current and submitted to Calgary in a timely matter
Ensure filing is organized as per Bidell P&S Standard Filing System
Deal with timesheet concerns and issues.
Comply with all company policies
Follow overall Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
General office administration

QAULIFICATIONS

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, proofreading, and document management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
