Twin Valley Co-op is hiring a Retail Agro Administration Clerk at our Elkhorn Agro Centre in Elkhorn, MB.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Agro Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members to meet our standards in brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however additional hours required in peak seasons.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Live the “You’re at home here!” brand, to help Twin Valley to become the retailer of choice. Greet/assist/direct customers to appropriate team members. Assist with planning and execution of customer events.
- PAYABLES: Key receiving’s (from suppliers, internal location transfers and CRS transfers) in Tronia, Square9 and Mainframe, JDE.
- INVENTORY: Assist with ordering products as directed. Assist CPP and Fertilizer teams to prepare for accounting audits and assist with reconciling after audits/period ends. Perform spot checks on seed/CPP and fertilizer products.
- RECIEVABLES: Key load out tickets and invoices in Tronia. Assist other team members with entering customer work orders and CPM information.
- OPERATIONS: Assist with preparing for audits (AWSA, NH3 code of conduct, TC), assist with AM with financial reports and reconciliations.
- OTHER: other operational duties assigned to assist team during busy season.
