Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. This role is vital in ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods, managing inventory, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, shipping and receiving processes, and operate various material handling equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Load and unload shipments using forklifts and other material handling equipment
Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and accurately
Receive incoming goods, verify quantities against purchase orders, and document deliveries in warehouse management systems such as Zoho ERP.
Manage inventory levels through proper documentation and organization within the warehouse distribution system
Pick orders accurately using order pickers and ensure timely order fulfillment for e-commerce or retail clients
Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving transactions
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accordingly
Follow safety protocols during all warehouse activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency

Experience

Previous experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or distribution is preferred
Familiarity with forklift operation or other warehouse equipment is a plus
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Zoho MRP system is desirable.
Knowledge of order picking, order fulfillment, packaging, and load & unload procedures is beneficial
Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement tasks are required
Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse distribution environments is advantageous
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
