Location: Toronto, ON (On-site, Monday to Friday)

About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established organization in the residential property management space, is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Property Administrator to support a high-volume residential portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across two large communities, supporting both residents and internal teams.

You will work closely with Property Managers and leadership, acting as a central point of contact for residents while keeping operations organized and efficient. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing administrative work with meaningful resident interaction and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll provide prompt, professional support to residents, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns with care
You’ll manage resident files and documentation in Yardi, ensuring accuracy and compliance
You’ll coordinate leasing administration, including applications, agreements, and move-in/move-out processes
You’ll handle rent collection activities, including processing cheques and following up on outstanding payments
You’ll support communication efforts by preparing notices and maintaining ongoing resident updates
You’ll assist with reporting, including leasing activity, vacancy, and financial tracking
You’ll collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to support service requests and resident experience

Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of property administration or property management experience
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
Experience using Yardi or similar property management systems is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Valid driver’s license required
