Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Coding &; AI Instructors who can teach students across diverse age groups—from young beginners to advanced learners. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology education and excels at breaking down complex concepts into simple, engaging, and interactive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt teaching approaches for different age groups and learning levels
- Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, practical lessons
- Create hands-on, project-based learning experiences
- Foster creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Track student progress and provide personalized feedback
- Collaborate with the ed-apt-ive academy to continuously improve curriculum and teaching methods
- Teach Python programming to beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners
- Design & Create engaging lesson plans and projects based on age and level
- Develop mini-projects, games, and real-world applications
- Guide students in building projects such as:
- Discord bots
- API-based applications
- Automation tools
- Provide university-level support (assignments, exams, projects)
- Help students prepare for Computer Science / Engineering pathways
- Track progress and communicate with parents/studentsRequirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Experience building real-world Python projects
- Ability to teach across multiple age groups (kids to adults)
- Strong communication and teaching skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching/tutoring experience (preferred)
- Adapt teaching approaches for different age groups and learning levels

- Create hands-on, project-based learning experiences

- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
