We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities and support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, persistent, and experienced in outbound prospecting across multiple channels. This role is responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified appointments for our sales representatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles.
- Conduct research to identify and qualify potential prospects.
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns, making 50+ calls per day.
- Perform personalized outreach through LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
- Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to generate interest and responses.
- Qualify prospects based on established buying triggers and lead qualification criteria.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified prospects who are a strong fit for our solutions.
- Consistently achieve a target of at least 5 qualified sales appointments per week.
- Accurately track all prospecting activities and pipeline updates in the CRM.
What we are looking for:
- 5-6 years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales development.
- Demonstrated success booking appointments for sales teams.
- Experience making 50+ outbound cold calls per day.
- Strong prospect research and lead qualification skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools is preferred.
