Job Summary
We are seeking an engaging Social Media Content Creator for MooGoo Canada, who will bring our brand to life across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You will be responsible for crafting and posting daily on all platforms visually engaging, informative, and authentic content that showcases the benefits of our products, educates our audience, and inspires others to join the MooGoo community.

Who We Are

MooGoo is an Australian & family owned natural Skin Care company created for those with sensitive skin and scalp conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, as well as those who are health conscious about what they are putting on their skin.

Founded by Craig Jones in 2005, a cream was created from his mother using udder balm, a well-known country remedy which is used on cows, to help with her psoriasis. It was however thick and pasty which didn't work for his mums skin, so he created a cream now known as our Skin Milk Udder Cream and MooGoo was born. From its inception, MooGoo has fast become a household and trusted favourite around the world, leading the way in effective natural skincare.

The Social Content Creator is responsible for:

Content Creation: Produce (includes script writing, face to camera filming, capturing b-roll footage, editing and posting) and post daily high-quality, engaging photos, videos, reels, and graphics for MooGoo's social media channels, ensuring the content is in line with our brand identity.
Brand Storytelling: Share the story behind MooGoo’s products, values, and commitment to natural skincare through creative and relatable content.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to create a loyal and supportive online community.
Content Calendar & Strategy: Develop and execute a content calendar that includes product highlights, educational posts, behind-the-scenes, user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and promotions.
Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, skincare conversations, and content best practices, using this knowledge to create fresh and relevant content.
Collaborations: Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other industry partners to amplify MooGoo’s presence and authenticity.
Performance Analysis: Track the performance of your content using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to increase engagement and reach.
Collaborating and communicating effectively with all internal stakeholders (including sales, marketing, customer service and warehouse)
Adhering and upholding to all company policies and procedures

Who we are looking for:

· You are passionate about natural skin care

· You are an Ontario-based content creator

· You have a history in creating authentic and engaging content either for your own channel or other brands for a minimum of 2 years

· You can provide a link to view samples of your content creation in the form of a portfolio or links to your social platform/s

Pay: $38.00-$43.00 per hour
