$40,000 salary + industry-leading commissions + bonuses — $60,000 to $70,000 OTE on a year 1 basis

Full-time | Liberty Village | Monday–Friday

IndustryNow is the boutique leader in executive-level events across Fast Casual, QSR, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. We bring together decision-makers and innovators to learn, share insights, and drive growth; and you'll be at the center of that mission.

What You'll Do

Partnership Growth: Build and manage relationships with sponsors, securing new and repeat partnerships for IndustryNow events.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue high-value leads through research and cold calling to expand our client base.
Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Event Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to align sponsor needs with event content, ensuring successful partnerships.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for sponsors during events, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their success.

Compensation

Base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commission on new and renewal sponsorships, paid monthly
Year 1 OTE of $60,000–$70,000; most team members earn $70,000–$110,000+ annually once ramped, with high performers consistently exceeding six figures

Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Cold Calling Experience: Expertise in making outbound calls, generating leads, and securing business.
Account Management Experience: Strong track record in maintaining and growing client relationships.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Ability to stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle setbacks and turn them into learning opportunities.

Complete structured onboarding and sales training
Maintain consistent outbound activity and daily prospect engagement
Close your first sponsorship deal
Demonstrate discipline, coachability, and ownership of project and campaign targets

Office Hours

Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am–4:30pm

Fully in-person — we believe the best sales reps are built through real-time coaching, live deal reviews, and learning directly from senior team members on the floor at our events. You'll get mentorship you simply can't replicate over Zoom.
