Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Coordinator specializing in Windows and Doors! Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to generate new leads and nurture ongoing relationships.
Manage inbound inquiries efficiently, providing detailed product information on windows and doors, and guiding customers through their purchasing journey.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring customer needs are met.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines systematically.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Conduct technical sales consultations by explaining product features, benefits, and installation options clearly and confidently.
Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and maintaining excellent communication with partners.

Requirements

Minimum 2 Years experience in the Fenestration Industry
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on windows and doors preferred.
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English to articulate value propositions persuasively.
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships effectively.
Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and perform warm calling to nurture prospects.
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards solving problems and meeting client needs.
Knowledge of technical sales processes related to windows and doors products is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
