Automotive Sales Consultant

Forget outdated dealership cultures and micromanagement. We provide strong leadership, ongoing support, training, heavy advertising budgets to support quality leads, and provide you the tools you need to succeed.

You'll have access to a diverse inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, along with a consistent flow of walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and digital leads—giving you every opportunity to build your pipeline and drive sales.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs
Guide customers through the sales process and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget
Daily Prospecting, Working Database, Call Lists, Facebook Marketplace, Service Drive
Convert inquiries, appointments, and showroom visits into vehicle sales
Manage and grow your sales pipeline through proactive follow-up and lead nurturing
Develop product knowledge across our inventory to confidently present features and benefits
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates referrals and repeat business
Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales targets on monthly basis

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is an asset, but not required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance-based rewards
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively
A professional, customer-first approach with a passion for sales
Additional language skills are considered an asset
Valid OMVIC License
