Thermo King Eastern Canada, part of the global Thermo King brand, is hiring a Parts and Service Advisor to support our busy Mississauga dealership. If you're highly organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!

Evening 3:30pm to Midnight Shift.

What You’ll Do: As a Parts and Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to resource for parts and service support — assisting both our technicians and customers.

80% Parts Focus:

Manage inventory and ensure parts availability
Support technicians and service staff with timely part sourcing
Handle counter, phone, and walk-in inquiries from customers
Source and order non-stock or specialty parts
Receive, stock, and maintain inventory accuracy
Generate parts invoices and track pending orders
Conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly cycle counts.

20% Service Focus:

Support customers with basic service inquiries
Assist in updating and managing technician work orders
Create and track shop service work orders.
Act as the back-up for the mobile service dispatching team

Who You’ll Work With:

A collaborative team of service managers, technicians, and advisors
A mix of internal teams and loyal external customers

Must-Haves:

High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience in parts, retail, or service advisory roles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems
Valid driver’s license

Physical & Work Requirements:

Evening shift work with exposure to shop environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for periods of time.

Nice-to-Haves:

Forklift license
Post-secondary education or technical training
Mechanical aptitude or experience with vehicle/equipment part
