Hours: 44 hours per week

Salary: $36-$44 per hour

The Opportunity

As a Plumber at Jayden's Mechanical, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing

systems for commercial and residential projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge, a commitment to

safety, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship while working independently and as part of a team. The

successful candidate will interpret drawings and specifications, troubleshoot plumbing issues, and help ensure projects

are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform plumbing system installations, repairs, maintenance, and retrofits (commercial & residential)
Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective, efficient solutions.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and attention to detail on every project.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Safely operate and maintain company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers to support successful project completion.
Maximize productivity while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Licensed Journeyman Plumber (preferred) or registered 4th-Term Apprentice Plumber.
Commercial plumbing experience is considered a strong asset.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional customer-service approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage priorities and contribute to successful project outcomes.
