onTrack Occupational Therapy Services (onTrack), a division of Santé Circle Health, is actively seeking Registered Kinesiologists with an interest in Industrial Kinesiology for immediate opportunities in Cambridge and Woodstock, Ontario.
This role involves delivering onsite wellness services within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment, as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team that includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Medical and Orthopaedic professionals.
As a Wellness Kinesiologist, you will play a key role in supporting employees by enhancing health, safety, comfort, functional ability, and overall workplace performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting health, fitness and overall well-being within an industrial environment.
- Conducting clinical and functional assessments for musculoskeletal injuries and health conditions (acute and chronic).
- Developing therapeutic exercise programs.
- Providing on-site job coaching by assessing tasks, identifying risks, and recommending modified techniques, tools, or work practices to support safe job performance.
- Identifying ergonomic risk factors to identify risk factors and improve body mechanics to prevent and resolve concerns.
- Supporting early and safe return-to-work through proactive intervention and functional guidance.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members on employee health, safety, wellness programs, education, and inquiries.
- Contributing to proactive workplace wellness strategies through preventative programming, awareness initiatives, and on-site support.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Kinesiology or equivalent degree.
- Registered, and in good standing, with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.
- New graduates are welcome to apply. Successful registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario is a mandatory condition of continued employment in this role.
- Clinical and functional assessment skills, particularly in acute injury management. Experience with repetitive strain injuries is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to manage responsibilities independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet timelines.
- Strong ability to work as part of a collaborative team environment focused on employee health, safety, and wellness outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote) to support clinical documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Aptitude for making decisions based on clinical and functional assessments.

This position is compensated on an hourly basis. The expected annual earnings for this role range from $47,840 to $58,240, based on full-time hours.
Our healthcare team operates on rotating weekday shifts aligned with employees’ schedules to ensure consistent care and coverage. The successful candidate must be open to working both early day and late evening shifts as part of this rotation.
