Cashier/Customer Service Associate – Flin Flon Branch

Build your future with a company that's building! We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at our Flin Flon Branch. We’re looking to fill a Full Time permanent position along with a Part time position.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Point-of-Sale Operations: Accurately and efficiently handle all sales transactions, including cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Administrative Support: Assist with various general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
Paint Department Assistance: Support the paint department, potentially including mixing paints and advising customers on paint products.
Merchandising & Restocking: Assist with merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and attractively presented.
Phone Inquiries: Professionally answer phone calls, addressing customer questions and directing inquiries as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

Customer-Focused Attitude: A genuinely friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality is essential.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Retail Experience: Prior experience in a retail environment is a definite asset.
