Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hospitality Coordinator to elevate guest experiences and ensure seamless operations across our hospitality venues. Duties

Coordinate and oversee guest services to ensure a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors and clients.

Manage reservations, bookings, and scheduling to optimize venue capacity and operational efficiency.
Handle guest inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person, providing clear information about services, menus, or event details.
Support negotiation with vendors, partners, and clients to secure favorable terms that align with budget goals.
Maintain organizational records related to bookings, budgets, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and overall venue presentation meet company policies and guest expectations.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality or restaurant experience with a focus on customer service excellence.
Proven ability in marketing strategies aimed at increasing guest engagement and revenue through upselling techniques.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively interact with guests, vendors, and team members.
Skilled in negotiation to secure advantageous deals while maintaining positive relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
Time management expertise to prioritize responsibilities during busy periods without compromising service quality.
Experience in budgeting and financial management related to event planning or venue operations.
