We are seeking an experienced SIDEHOE 200 Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating a Excavator in WATER AND SEWER.

Raywalt Construction is locally owned and specializes in trenching and installation of municipal utility infrastructure, including watermains and sewers. We are currently hiring Experienced Sewer and Water Sidehoe 200 Operator for the 2026 Season. Work is in Edmonton and Surrounding areas, head office is located in Acheson, Alberta.
**Wage dependent on experience**
Experience Required: 2 years minimum experience with municipal subdivision servicing- mainline sewer, water, and house services.
Duties and Responsibilities-
Duties are to take away from mainline hoe, help backfill, lower pipe. Also to dig pretrench. Must be safety minded, keep material away from edge of trench and be able to safely work around people.
Other position related tasks as required
This position is seasonal, demanding, requires high attention to detail, fast paced.
Own PPE required: steel toed boots and gloves
Company supplied PPE: Vest, Safety glasses, and hard hat.
Reliable transportation required.
Sites are in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Shifts schedules are Monday to Friday 10-12 Hour shifts but may be extended depending on project requirements. Saturdays are 8 Hour shifts by may be extended depending on project requirements. Overtime - is paid at time and a half. Work is weather dependent. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
2 years experience required; this is not an entry level position.
