Full job description

Toromont Cat is looking for a Field Service Technician - Power, to go directly to customer sites in a Toromont Service truck and provide superior service and product expertise to maintain high standards that ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner with the utmost integrity.

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation

$ 48.72 – 51.55

In a typical day, YOU will:

Participate in safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors at all times, in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives.
Diagnose mechanical problems using Caterpillar testing equipment and leveraging top tier technical skills.

Must-haves for this role:

A valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License relative to this position, following Provincial standards.
Red seal truck and transport, preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in repair and service of heavy equipment both in the shop and in the field.
Familiarity with Cat systems (ET and SIS would be beneficial).
