Line Cook

The Fredericton Inn is looking for a full-time, skilled evening line cook to join our growing culinary team. If you are looking for a friendly environment with great co-workers or looking to grow your culinary career... We want to meet you! Line cook experience preferred.

As a Line Cook, You Will

Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
Cook menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Clean kitchen and work area
Follow all policies and procedures
Work alongside the restaurant team to provide a memorable guest experience

Qualifications:

2+ years of kitchen experience
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with all areas of the kitchen including the grill and fryer
Solid communication skills
Loves to work on a team
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently
